Unexplained consumption
The meter runs while the site is closed
Factories, warehouses, shopping centres, office buildings: we locate water leaks without stopping your operations and without heavy works.

The meter runs while the site is closed

Pipes between buildings, car parks and green areas

Booster pumps, water tanks, boiler rooms

Ingress through roofs, gutters and equipment

Leaks under slabs or in false ceilings
A business site cannot stop for a leak. We organise the investigation with your technical teams.
Note the main meter reading in the evening, once operations have stopped.
Before work resumes, read it again. If the meter moved with no activity, there is probably a leak.
With these readings and a site plan, we prepare a targeted investigation.
On a large site, we first pre-locate the leak on the network, then confirm it to the exact point.

We work across Mauritius and in Rodrigues, especially in business and retail areas.

On request, depending on the site.
Not always. Some methods require a short cut-off or pressurising part of the network; these are planned with you so they do not disrupt operations.
Read the main meter in the evening and again in the morning while the site is closed. If it moved, a leak is likely. A higher bill without more activity is another sign.
Yes. Acoustic correlation and tracer gas can locate a leak along several hundred metres of pipe, between two access points.
The leak can still be traced. To map the site’s buried networks, our sister company Georeseaux Mauritius can draw up the plan.
