Recurring leaks across a property portfolio
We do not carry out repairs, so we never compete with you. Our work stops at locating the leak and writing the report.
Type of network, material, symptoms, plans if available. We tell you whether and how the leak can be traced.
At your client’s property, with you or your team if you wish. The network must be able to be filled or pressurised.
You receive the report and the leak point marked on the floor or wall. The repair remains yours.
The methods depend on the network: pressurised supply, drainage, pool or waterproofing.

We work across Mauritius and in Rodrigues, in the areas where most construction and renovation projects take place.
Grand Baie, Pereybère, Cap Malheureux, Calodyne: villas, residences and pools.
Tamarin, Black River, La Gaulette, Flic en Flac: residential projects and renovations.
Moka, Ebène, Quatre Bornes, Curepipe: apartment blocks, offices and houses.
Belle Mare, Poste de Flacq, Trou d’Eau Douce: villas and hotels under renovation.
Bel Ombre, Blue Bay, Mahébourg: seaside residences and houses.
On request, depending on the project.
No. We locate the leak and provide a report. You keep the repair and the relationship with your client.
It goes to whoever orders the inspection. If that is you, you decide whether to pass it on to your client; this is agreed when you book.
The type of network and its material, the symptoms, access, any plans or photos, and whether the network can be isolated or pressurised.
Yes, provided the network concerned can be filled or pressurised for testing. We check this with you before coming.
Yes. We inspect the filled pool, diving if needed, and test the pipework and fittings separately.
Yes. For a developer or project manager, we can test the tightness of water networks, pools and terraces before handover, so defects are fixed before buyers move in.
